The Job

With new openings in Dublin and Amsterdam, we’re looking for a Reservations Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the world of hotel reservations managing bookings, engaging with guests across all our locations, and supporting the successful launch of our newest destinations.

We’re seeking someone who’s stress-resilient, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently. As a key link between the front and back office, you’ll assist guests while collaborating with both commercial and operational teams. At Reservations, it’s about more than just entering bookings you’ll gain experience across multiple departments, from Guest Services to Finance and beyond, making this a unique opportunity to learn and grow in all aspects of hospitality!

In this role, you’ll develop a range of key skills like multitasking, time management, language proficiency, and problem-solving. Though you’ll work behind the scenes, you’re the face of the company, setting the tone for a perfect guest experience before they even arrive!

Managerial responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire guest review process

• Identify and enhance revenue opportunities across departments

• Collaborate on initiatives to increase sales

• Assist in the setup and launch of our new to open hotel in Dublin and in Amsterdam

• Provide insights to the Commercial team through reporting and analysis

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program

• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus

• A sparkling personality and eager to start

• Strong organizational skills and precision in your DNA

• A commercial mindset and strong communication skills

• Proficient in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus

• A good sense of humor! 😉
